About the Role
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management Team in administration, coordination, and reporting activities across the project lifecycle. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple project disciplines and stakeholders.
This position is designed as an entry-level project management role, providing hands-on exposure to all key aspects of project delivery, including document control, reporting, planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. The role offers a structured development path for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and leadership potential, with opportunities to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager position over time.
Document Control & Correspondance
Support the Document Control Team in preparing and coordinating the submission and receipt of documentation between the Contractor, Client and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor document review cycles and follow up on overdue reviews, comments, and approvals.
- Maintain document registers, transmittal logs, and correspondence logs.
- Verify that document numbering, revision status, and transmittals comply with project procedures.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of document control processes.
