About the Role
— develop web applications, internal tools, chat assistants, and automation scripts (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS) from prototype to production.
— connect AI solutions to ERP, HR, finance, CRM, and document systems via REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and database connections; own data flows end to end.
— implement solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure AI services, including prompt pipelines, RAG over company data, structured outputs, and function/tool calling.
— build automations using Microsoft 365 / Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Graph API) and low-code tools where they beat custom code.
Key Responsibilities
- — manage deployments, environments, credentials, and versioning; monitor solutions in production, fix issues fast, and document what you build.
- — translate requirements from workstream champions into working software; support user testing, training, and rollout with the change team.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
