About the Role
As Program Manager for Marketplace Fees at Amazon in Dubai, you’ll own the end-to-end management of seller fee programmes across the MENA and Turkey marketplaces — analysing seller behaviour, modelling the financial impact of fee structures, and working with product, finance, and legal teams to implement changes that balance seller economics with Amazon’s business goals. Amazon UAE is one of the fastest-growing marketplaces globally, with seller counts growing at double-digit rates year-on-year. Key Requirements
- 3+ years of program or product management experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or fintech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across finance, legal, product, and tech teams
- UAE National status (required for this Emiratisation-focused hire)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
