Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist for Real estate brokerage company (Bitrix – CRM)
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end lead acquisition campaigns, optimize marketing automation, and maintain core MarTech infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative paid advertising and technical execution—managing paid campaigns, CRM workflows, dialer systems, and web hosting.
• Paid Acquisition & Creative Strategy: Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting paid lead generation campaigns; develop fresh creative angles, ad copy, and video concepts.
• CRM & Workflow Automation: Manage CRM administration, lead distribution rules, stage automations, and third-party integrations using Zapier.
Key Responsibilities
- • Telephony & Dialer Operations: Administer the outbound dialer platform (DNB), including user provisioning, agent assignment, and bulk data uploads.
- • Technical Infrastructure & Support: Oversee server hosting, domain/DNS settings, and corporate email/system onboarding for new hires.
- • Proven track record in performance marketing, paid lead generation, and campaign scaling.
- • Hands-on experience with CRM management, Zapier integrations, and automation workflows.
