About the Role
Founded in Dubai in 2011, Brewing Gadgets is one of the Middle East’s leading specialty coffee equipment businesses, serving both home brewers and coffee professionals across the GCC and India.
We operate across multiple ecommerce properties, multiple brands, multiple customer segments, and multiple markets. As the business grows, so does the complexity of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and ecommerce performance. We are now looking for a commercially minded, highly organized, KPI-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a high-accountability role for someone who enjoys complexity, takes ownership, and wants to build something meaningful.
This is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for driving measurable commercial growth across multiple ecommerce properties and brands.
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Retention and repeat purchase growth
- Search visibility across traditional and AI-driven search environments
