Role Overview: A dual-function role combining office management with personal assistance to a senior executive, ideal for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistance to a C-suite executive (diary management, correspondence, travel)
  • Manage all aspects of office operations including facilities, IT, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare professional presentations, reports, and board materials
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Coordinate complex international travel itineraries and logistics
  • Manage executive expenses and support with personal tasks as required
  • Organize board meetings, client dinners, and corporate events
  • Liaise with stakeholders including investors, clients, and partners
  • Maintain filing systems and document management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of combined Office Manager/PA experience, ideally supporting C-suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Professional presentation and communication in English; Arabic is highly valued
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in Dubai’s financial or professional services sector preferred
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
