# S&P Maintains Emaar at BBB+ With Stable Outlook

S&P Global Ratings has maintained Emaar Properties’ long-term credit rating at BBB+ with a stable outlook following a periodic review. Emaar disclosed the review on 13 October 2026.

The review described Emaar’s liquidity as exceptional and cited its position in UAE luxury property, diversified earnings and strong balance sheet. Emaar reported accrued project revenue backlog of about AED 165 billion as of 30 June 2026, giving visibility over revenue that will be recognised as projects progress.

The review did not constitute a new rating action, so the rating and outlook remain unchanged from S&P’s March 2025 action. Credit ratings are opinions rather than investment recommendations, and future operating or market changes could affect them.
