# NEOPAY Agrees to Acquire 65% of noon payments

NEOPAY has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 65% controlling stake in noon payments. The transaction was announced on 5 October 2026 and remains subject to customary regulatory and antitrust approvals.

If completed, the deal will combine NEOPAY’s acquiring infrastructure and merchant services with noon payments’ embedded-payments platform, e-commerce gateway and merchant network in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The companies say the combined platform will support online and in-store payments, faster settlements, analytics, fraud controls and other financial services for merchants.

The parties did not disclose the purchase price or a closing date. The agreement concerns ownership of the payments business and does not confirm general hiring.
