# flydubai Plans Its Next Growth Phase Around Fleet, Cargo and Premium Travel

flydubai is preparing for another growth phase built around a larger fleet, expanded cargo operations, premium products and technology investment. Chief executive Ghaith Al Ghaith said the airline expects regional travel demand to strengthen as recent disruption eases.

The strategy builds on flydubai’s network recovery and its move into dedicated freighter operations. Additional aircraft and cargo capacity would give the airline more flexibility across passenger and freight markets while supporting Dubai’s aviation hub.

The carrier is also placing greater emphasis on premium travel and digital improvements. Together, these investments are intended to position flydubai for renewed demand and a broader role in regional connectivity.
