# Etihad and Ibom Air Add Single-Ticket Connections to Five Nigerian Cities

Etihad Airways and Nigeria’s Ibom Air have signed an interline agreement that will connect Etihad passengers to five Nigerian cities on one ticket. Etihad announced the partnership on 5 October 2026.

When Etihad begins its Accra and Lagos services in March 2027, passengers will be able to continue with Ibom Air to Abuja, Uyo, Port Harcourt, Calabar and Enugu. A single booking will cover the journey and checked baggage will travel through to the final destination. Etihad plans daily Abu Dhabi-Lagos flights from 23 March 2027 and four weekly Abu Dhabi-Accra flights from 24 March.

Tickets combining the two networks are scheduled to go on sale from 3 November 2026. The agreement expands passenger connectivity and does not itself announce new jobs.
