Emirates NBD Launches AI Travel Assistant With Visa and Tripadvisor

Oct 6, 2026 · Emirates NBD

Emirates NBD has launched an artificial-intelligence travel assistant developed with Visa and Tripadvisor. The bank announced the service on 5 October 2026.

The web-based tool uses conversational search to create suggested itineraries and surface local information from Tripadvisor’s travel database. It also incorporates selected Visa card benefits and travel offers, with enhanced content for 15 destinations popular with travellers from the UAE. Emirates NBD says the assistant is available without requiring a bank login or an Emirates NBD account.

The launch adds a travel-planning service to the bank’s digital customer offering; it does not announce vacancies. Source: Emirates NBD.
