# dnata Commits AED 175 Million to Renew UAE Ground Equipment Fleet

dnata says it has committed AED 175 million since the start of 2026 to expand and modernise its ground support equipment fleet in the UAE. The investment, announced on 12 October, covers more than 340 new assets for operations at Dubai International and Al Maktoum International airports.

The additions include equipment for aircraft towing, baggage handling and other ramp services. dnata says the assets include safety features such as AI-enabled cameras and will supplement a fleet of about 2,800 motorised units across the two Dubai airports.

The programme supports fleet renewal and additional handling capacity as airport activity grows. It is an operational investment announcement and does not confirm vacancies.
