DAMAC Reports 94% Adoption of Employee Recognition Platform

DAMAC Properties says 94% of its employees adopted its DAMAC Elevate digital recognition and rewards platform during its first year. The company disclosed the figures in an update published on 15 October 2026.

According to DAMAC, nearly 3,000 employees have used the Microsoft Teams-integrated platform, generating more than 5,100 peer recognitions, while more than 600 employees received internal awards. Elevate replaced spreadsheet, paper-voucher and department-managed processes with a shared digital workflow.

DAMAC’s 2026 HR technology plans include employee-sentiment analysis, prompts for managers, AI-assisted performance feedback and a chatbot for policy, benefits and leave questions. The company did not give a rollout timetable, and its adoption figures do not independently establish improvements in satisfaction or productivity. Source: Gulf News.
