ADNOC Announces New Energy and Technology Agreements with German Partners
ADNOC, XRG and Masdar announced a group of agreements with German companies on 11 September 2026, covering energy, industry and technology. The organisations said the proposed partnerships could enable more than €5 billion of investment in Germany, subject to future decisions and project development.
Among the arrangements are plans to explore gas and LNG cooperation, offshore wind and battery-storage investments, and applications of advanced technology and artificial intelligence. ADNOC also signed collaboration agreements with Bosch Middle East and Siemens businesses to examine technology opportunities.
The agreements are at different stages, including memoranda of understanding and letters of intent. They should not be read as completed investments or confirmed job openings. For UAE professionals, they show the range of technical and commercial fields in which ADNOC is seeking international partners.
