Address Hotels Expands UAE and Saudi Development Pipeline

Address Hotels + Resorts has outlined several additions to its regional pipeline as Emaar Hospitality Group presents its growth plans at Arabian Travel Market 2026. The projects extend the brand across Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Saudi Arabia.

Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027, adding a new waterfront resort in Dubai. Address Al Marjan Island is planned as a 196-room beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah with pools, family facilities, wellness amenities and dining venues.

In Saudi Arabia, Address Diriyah is planned with 204 hotel rooms and 60 serviced apartments. Together, the projects broaden the brand’s mix of urban and resort properties while giving it a larger presence in high-growth tourism destinations.
