About the Role
Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work assignments.
Monitor turnaround time on all maintenance requests as per the agreed service levels.
Create and maintain a master tracking sheet for each store to monitor all maintenance activities.
Perform routine inspections of equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a reliable network of external vendors and suppliers to support maintenance needs cost-effectively and on time.
- Hire and manage contractors/subcontractors for specialized or extensive maintenance work.
- Ensure all permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are secured and updated for maintenance activities.
- Enforce all maintenance-related policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance frameworks.
