Analyze and derive insights from large, complex datasets to monitor end-to-end logistics performance — capacity, efficiency, experience, and rider behaviour — and translate findings into decisions that move the business.
Design and maintain performance monitoring frameworks, build data visualizations and analytical tools, and own end-to-end data quality from extraction through to final output.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on operational priorities, communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the formulation of capacity and experience strategies, track execution outcomes, diagnose gaps, and recommend corrective actions grounded in data evidence.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve output quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with a demonstrated ability to turn analysis into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
