Junior Finance Executive / Junior Accountant / Accounts ExecutiveRole Description
we’re hiring a careful, analytical, and highly structured Junior Finance Executive / Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive to support the daily operational execution of our finance and accounting department. In this foundational role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with end-of-month financial closures, and ensuring the smooth flow of transactional accounting operations across the organization. you’ll work closely with Finance Managers, Senior Accountants, Procurement, and Payroll teams to process accounts payable and receivable, perform routine bank reconciliations, audit expense claims, and draft foundational financial schedules. Responsibilities include verifying vendor invoices, issuing client billing statements, logging journal entries into the general ledger, investigating account discrepancies, and helping compile data for internal management reporting and external audits. Success in this position requires a strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles, high numerical accuracy, proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, and a strict commitment to maintaining internal financial controls and confidentiality.
