About the Role
We are a Swiss-headquartered provider of technical assistance and workforce solutions, operating in more than 70 countries across the energy, oil and gas, nuclear, defence, mining and industrial sectors. Our Dubai office covers the Gulf and wider regional markets.
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to build and develop a client portfolio across the region. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone early in their career who wants ownership of a territory rather than a support function.
Identify and qualify prospects across target sectors
, and build a pipeline from research, referrals, industry events and direct outreach
Key Responsibilities
- Approach decision-makers by phone, email and in person
- — project directors, site and construction managers, procurement, HR and talent acquisition
- Understand a client’s operational situation
- well enough to propose the right service: recruitment and sourcing, employer of record, payroll, mobility and immigration support, or full project workforce solutions
