About the Role
Tech Pipeline focuses on the friction that stops companies from functioning efficiently. We are currently working with a Dubai-based investment group to bridge the gaps between their internal data records and their new automated intelligence layers. In this role, you will find where data goes bad, why an automated routing rule failed to trigger, or where a manual workaround has become a permanent drag on the system. This is a fully remote position that prioritizes technical execution over abstract theory. You will be tasked with identifying the specific operational seams where the investment group’s processes are breaking down and helping us build the fixes that make those processes repeatable and reliable.
We fix the broken approval chains and manual reconciliations that slow businesses down.
We focus on the gap between the software a company already owns and the work that actually needs to happen.
We rebuild routing rules, consolidate drifting backlogs, and update SOPs that no longer match reality.
Key Responsibilities
- We stay through the cutover and the first month of live operation to make sure the fix holds.
- We believe the tool the client already owns is usually the right place for the fix.
