We are looking for a Junior Accountant & Office Administrator to support the Finance team across all areas of the company’s day-to-day finance and office operations. This is a new role, but one that would suit a proactive, positive, helpful and highly organized individual, comfortable problem solving and reacting to the everyday financial, administrative and functional activities around the office.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance Accountant & Office Administrator to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, compliance, and vendor management while managing administrative coordination across departments.
This role requires strong organizational skills, numerical accuracy, and familiarity with UAE regulatory processes.
Finance requirements – Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, bookkeeping, and invoicing to comply with regulatory requirements and maintain transparency in financial operations. Purchase Order, Vendor/Customer creation, invoice submission. Support in forecasting, annual budgeting process, VAT, audit and tax filings
