# VP, Financial Reporting – First Abu Dhabi Bank

First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring a Vice President for Financial Reporting, responsible for the accounting and financial reporting function, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the bank. ## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) is required

- Substantial financial reporting leadership experience, ideally within banking or a large regulated organization

- Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and banking-specific accounting and disclosure requirements

- Proven ability to manage a reporting team through demanding monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles

- Strong experience coordinating with external auditors and regulators on reporting matters

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to oversee complex consolidation and disclosure work

- Strong communication skills for presenting financial reporting matters to senior leadership
