# Team Leader – Jumeirah

This Team Leader role sits within Food & Beverage (F&B) operations at a Jumeirah property in Dubai, focused on making sure the outlet runs to Jumeirah’s Standard Operating Procedures while directly supporting the F&B department’s broader objectives. A meaningful part of the role is also about financial control at the outlet level – closely supervising and monitoring the cashiering function to ensure compliance with Jumeirah’s cashiering procedures.

Day to day, this means overseeing service standards during shifts, supporting and coaching F&B team members on the floor, and keeping a close eye on the cashiering process to make sure transactions, reconciliations, and cash handling meet the hotel’s compliance standards. Because F&B outlets handle significant cash and card transaction volume, this role carries real accountability for financial integrity at the outlet level, not just service quality.

## Requirements

- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or team leader role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-volume outlet

- Strong understanding of F&B service standards and Standard Operating Procedures

- Experience supervising cashiering functions, including cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance procedures

- Ability to coach and motivate a floor team during busy service periods

- Strong attention to detail, particularly around financial and procedural compliance

- Clear communication skills across team members, outlet management, and finance-adjacent processes

- Comfort working hospitality shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
