# Team Lead Account Management – Talabat

Talabat’s marketplace runs on thousands of restaurant and retail partners across the UAE, and a Team Lead in Account Management is responsible for both leading a team of account managers and personally owning the relationships with a portfolio of key partners. It’s a role that mixes people leadership with hands-on commercial account work, part of Delivery Hero’s wider regional operation.

Day to day, expect to coach and manage a small team of account managers — reviewing their partner portfolios, helping them solve commercial or operational issues, and holding them accountable to targets — while also managing your own set of important partner relationships directly. That means negotiating commercial terms, helping partners optimize their presence on the platform (menu, pricing, promotions), and resolving escalations that a partner’s regular account manager can’t close alone.

This suits someone with solid account management experience who’s ready to lead a team, comfortable balancing coaching responsibilities with their own commercial targets, and genuinely interested in how a food and grocery delivery marketplace actually creates value for the businesses on it.

## Requirements

- Several years of account management or partner relationship experience, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, or delivery platforms

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team is strongly preferred

- Strong commercial negotiation skills and comfort with performance data

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Arabic and English language skills are an advantage
