# Supply Chain Manager – Zimmerman – Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group, a partner and creator of luxury for more than seven decades across fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre, is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for Zimmermann, the Australian luxury fashion brand within its portfolio, based in Dubai. The role means owning end-to-end supply chain operations for the brand in the region — inbound logistics, inventory management, distribution to stores, and the planning that keeps stock levels aligned with a luxury fashion brand’s seasonal and demand patterns.

Luxury fashion supply chain has its own particular demands: product needs to arrive in perfect condition, inventory has to be managed carefully given the premium cost of stock and the brand’s positioning, and distribution timing matters enormously around seasonal launches and key retail moments. This role means managing those demands directly, working with Chalhoub’s broader logistics infrastructure while staying attentive to what Zimmermann specifically needs as a luxury brand.

This suits an experienced supply chain professional with luxury retail or luxury fashion experience who’s comfortable managing the operational precision a premium brand requires, within one of the region’s most established luxury retail groups.

## Requirements

- Proven supply chain management experience, ideally within luxury retail or fashion

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, inbound logistics, and distribution planning

- Experience managing supply chain operations aligned to seasonal retail or fashion launch cycles

- Ability to work cross-functionally with buying, retail, and logistics teams

- Strong analytical and planning skills for demand and stock-level forecasting

- Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and brand partners
