This Store Supervisor role is with Tom Ford at The Grove in Abu Dhabi, operated through Chalhoub Group, the Middle East’s leading partner for luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery, and watch brands for over seven decades. Supervising a Tom Ford boutique means upholding a genuinely high-end luxury retail standard – this is not mass-market retail supervision, but the particular discipline of luxury brand experience at every customer touchpoint.

Day to day, this means overseeing daily store operations, coaching and supporting the sales team to deliver the kind of personalized, elevated service a Tom Ford customer expects, managing stock and visual merchandising to the brand’s exacting standards, and stepping in directly on the highest-value or most sensitive customer interactions.
