# Store Supervisor – NARS, The Galleria Al Maryah – Chalhoub Group

This Store Supervisor role is for NARS at The Galleria Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, within Chalhoub Group, the Gulf’s long-standing partner and creator of luxury retail experiences across fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre. NARS is a globally recognized prestige beauty and cosmetics brand, and this role is responsible for leading the in-store team delivering that brand experience at counter level.

Expect the day-to-day to involve supervising beauty advisors or sales associates, driving sales performance and counter targets, ensuring merchandising and counter presentation meet the brand’s prestige standards, and delivering or coaching the kind of personalized customer consultation that defines luxury beauty retail. A supervisor also handles escalated customer needs and supports product and stock management at counter level.

Because NARS operates at the prestige end of beauty retail, the standard for both product knowledge and customer experience is high — customers expect genuine expertise and a polished, attentive service, not just a transaction.

It suits an experienced beauty or luxury retail supervisor with strong leadership and sales coaching skills, who understands what it takes to run a prestige counter to brand standard.

## Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail, ideally at counter or boutique level

- Strong sales leadership skills, with a track record of driving counter or team sales performance

- Excellent product knowledge or the ability to quickly master brand-specific product training

- Strong coaching skills to develop beauty advisors’ consultation and selling techniques

- High standards for merchandising, counter presentation, and grooming consistent with a prestige beauty brand

- Excellent customer service and complaint-resolution skills

- Strong communication skills, often across a multicultural, multilingual customer base
