Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a Specialist – Social Compliance | Emirati Talent, based in Dubai. Majid Al Futtaim is a Dubai-headquartered conglomerate best known for its shopping malls, Carrefour hypermarkets and VOX Cinemas, with retail, property and leisure businesses spanning the Middle East and North Africa. This is a corporate, head-office style role sitting inside health, safety and social compliance, supporting one of the group’s operating businesses rather than working on a single retail or operational floor.

Expect the job to be a mix of structured deliverables and ad hoc problem-solving: preparing analysis or documentation, coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders across business units, and making sure decisions made at this level are actually workable once they reach the teams who have to execute them.
