# Site Merchandising Trainee – Level Shoes – Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group, a partner and creator of luxury experiences across the Middle East for over seven decades, is hiring a Site Merchandising Trainee for Level Shoes, one of the region’s leading luxury footwear and accessories destinations. This trainee role is built to develop a genuine understanding of visual and site merchandising within a luxury retail environment, working across fashion, accessories and lifestyle categories the way Level Shoes presents them to customers.

Expect hands-on, supervised work supporting merchandising displays, learning how product is presented to reflect both the Level Shoes brand standard and the broader luxury positioning Chalhoub Group maintains across its portfolio. As a trainee, the role is explicitly developmental — shadowing experienced merchandisers, learning the standards and reasoning behind luxury visual presentation, and gradually taking on more independent merchandising responsibility as skills build.

This suits someone with a genuine eye for visual presentation and strong interest in luxury retail, who is detail-oriented and eager to build a long-term merchandising career within one of the region’s most established luxury retail groups.

## Requirements

- Genuine interest in visual merchandising, fashion retail or luxury brand presentation

- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency and presentation standards

- Willingness to learn and follow established brand and merchandising guidelines

- Good organizational skills for managing stock and display materials accurately

- Comfort working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment

- Entry-level candidates welcome; prior retail or merchandising exposure is an advantage
