# Service Advisor – Al Tayer Group

Al Tayer Group is hiring a Service Advisor in Sharjah. Al Tayer Group, through its retail arm Al Tayer Insignia, has represented luxury fashion, home and automotive brands across the UAE for more than 40 years. This role sits inside automotive aftersales service advisory, a mix of customer-facing and operational responsibility that keeps a dealership, store or aftersales operation running smoothly day to day.

Depending on the exact role, expect responsibilities spanning customer service and advisory work, retail counter or cashier operations, buying and merchandising decisions, or systems and data support for an aftersales business — but in every version, the common thread is keeping a high-volume, customer-facing operation accurate and running without friction.

Al Tayer Group will want someone with relevant experience in automotive aftersales service advisory, strong attention to detail, and the kind of calm, organised approach that keeps a busy retail or service floor functioning even during peak periods.

## Requirements

- Relevant prior experience in automotive aftersales service advisory or a comparable retail/automotive environment

- Strong customer service orientation combined with operational accuracy

- Comfortable with POS, inventory or dealership systems as relevant to the role

- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods

- Good attention to detail on documentation, stock or service records

- Team-oriented, comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment

## Suggested Resume Keywords

automotive aftersales service advisory, retail operations, customer service, inventory, automotive retail, POS systems, stock management, UAE retail, service operations, aftersales
