The day-to-day work covers assessing and managing the group’s compliance obligations under the OECD’s Pillar Two global minimum tax framework, tracking regulatory developments across the jurisdictions Chalhoub operates in, and supporting broader tax compliance and reporting work across the group’s diverse portfolio of luxury brand partnerships and retail operations. It’s technically demanding work that requires staying genuinely current with a regulatory area that’s still evolving as different jurisdictions implement Pillar Two rules on different timelines.

It suits a tax professional with strong technical grounding in international tax, ideally with direct Pillar Two or GloBE exposure, who’s comfortable working across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group structure and translating dense regulatory requirements into practical compliance processes.

## Requirements

- Professional tax or accounting qualification (CTA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
