# Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking – ADCB

ADCB is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking relationships in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is one of the UAE’s largest banks, offering retail, business and commercial banking from its Abu Dhabi base. This is a client-facing, target-driven role — part relationship management, part sales — looking after existing accounts while actively originating new business within the segment.

Expect a mix of portfolio management (reviewing existing clients, managing risk and compliance on those relationships, cross-selling appropriate products) and new business development, which usually means networking, referrals, and a fair amount of direct outreach. Hitting financial and non-financial targets is part of the job description, not an afterthought, and performance here is generally measured, visibly, against those numbers.

ADCB will want someone with prior relationship-management or sales experience in UAE banking, strong commercial instincts, and the relationship-building skills to both retain existing clients and bring in new ones — often in the same week.

## Requirements

- Prior experience in commercial banking relationship management or banking sales in the UAE

- Demonstrated track record against commercial or portfolio targets

- Strong credit/risk awareness appropriate to the segment

- Confident, consultative communication style with business or individual clients

- Existing network or demonstrated new-business origination ability

- UAE market and regulatory knowledge relevant to the segment
