# Senior Product Manager – Customer Experience – Amazon

Amazon is building out a Senior Product Manager role in Dubai focused squarely on customer experience across MENA — the layer of the business that decides whether a shopper’s interaction with Amazon feels effortless or frustrating. This isn’t a role about a single feature; it’s about owning the friction points that show up across the customer journey and turning scattered complaints and data points into a prioritized roadmap that engineering and design teams can actually build against.

The core of the job is analytical: digging into customer friction data to find what’s recurring and high-impact versus what’s noisy and low-value, then making the case for what gets fixed first. From there it’s classic senior product management — writing the requirements, working with engineering and design counterparts, defending trade-offs to stakeholders, and tracking whether the fix actually moved the metric it was supposed to move.

A good fit here has already shipped product in a high-scale, data-rich environment and is comfortable being the person who says no to good ideas in favor of the right ones. Given the MENA scope, familiarity with regional customer behavior — or at least curiosity about how it differs from Amazon’s other markets — is a real advantage. This is a senior individual-contributor product role, not a team-lead position, so the influence comes from the quality of the thinking and the ability to align cross-functional partners, not from direct reports.

## Requirements

- Experience as a Product Manager, ideally senior-level, in a high-scale consumer or e-commerce environment

- Strong analytical skills — comfortable turning friction and funnel data into a prioritized roadmap

- Track record of shipping customer-facing improvements and measuring their impact

- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams through the full product lifecycle

- Clear written and verbal communication for influencing cross-functional stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical background a plus

- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
