# Senior Officer – Capacity Management – flydubai

flydubai is hiring a Senior Officer – Capacity Management, based in Dubai. flydubai is a Dubai-based airline operating scheduled passenger and cargo services from the Emirate across the region and beyond. This role sits within capacity and revenue management, supporting the airline’s internal operations rather than facing passengers directly, but still working inside a genuinely fast-moving, 24/7 business.

Depending on the exact remit, expect work spanning policy design and governance, workforce analysis, or inventory and demand analytics that feed into real operational decisions made daily. Aviation moves fast and decisions made on incomplete or late data tend to cost real money or create real operational friction, so accuracy and timeliness matter more here than in a lot of comparable corporate roles.

flydubai will be looking for someone with relevant experience in capacity and revenue management (ideally in an airline or similarly operationally intensive business), strong analytical or policy-drafting skills depending on the role, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams who think in schedules and deadlines, not quarters.

## Requirements

- Relevant degree and demonstrable experience in capacity and revenue management or a comparable corporate function

- Strong analytical or policy/documentation skills appropriate to the role

- Comfortable working with operational stakeholders on tight, recurring deadlines

- Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences

- Airline or aviation industry experience is an advantage

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
