# Senior Manager – Distribution Centre – Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group, a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over seven decades across fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre categories, is hiring a Senior Manager for its Distribution Centre operations in Dubai. This role sits within the supply chain function that underpins Chalhoub’s luxury retail business, responsible for the efficient, accurate, and carefully handled movement of high-value luxury goods from the distribution centre out to stores and boutiques across the region.

The role involves overseeing distribution centre operations at a senior level, managing warehouse teams, inventory accuracy, and outbound logistics to stores, all while maintaining the exacting standards of care that luxury goods require, since a scratched watch or damaged handbag represents real financial loss and brand risk in a way that mass-market retail logistics doesn’t carry to the same degree. Because Chalhoub represents a wide range of luxury brands across multiple categories, the distribution centre has to manage genuine complexity, different brands with different handling requirements, seasonal collections with tight launch timelines, and the kind of security and loss-prevention standards that high-value goods demand.

This role suits an experienced supply chain or distribution centre leader with a background in high-value, complex, or luxury goods logistics, combined with strong people management skills for leading a sizeable warehouse team. Genuine attention to detail and comfort with the elevated handling and security standards that luxury retail logistics requires are essential.

## Requirements

- Extensive experience in distribution centre or warehouse operations at a senior management level, ideally within luxury, high-value, or complex multi-brand goods logistics

- Strong people management skills for leading a sizeable warehouse and logistics team

- Deep understanding of inventory accuracy, security, and loss-prevention standards appropriate for high-value goods

- Experience managing seasonal collection launches and tight distribution timelines

- Strong analytical skills for optimizing distribution centre efficiency and outbound logistics performance

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

- Excellent stakeholder management skills for working with multiple luxury brand partners with differing requirements
