The role covers leading enterprise architecture for customer experience systems, technology strategy, and business architecture development — essentially designing how technology platforms across the group connect and work together to support a coherent customer experience, whether that’s loyalty, digital engagement, in-mall experience technology, or e-commerce touchpoints. This is a senior technical leadership role: defining architectural standards, guiding technology decisions across business units, and translating business strategy into a coherent, scalable technology architecture rather than hands-on development work.

## Requirements

- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, ideally with a focus on customer experience or digital platforms
