# Sales Team Leader – IKEA Retail – Al-Futtaim Group

This Sales Team Leader role is based at IKEA Retail in Dubai, part of Al-Futtaim’s retail division, which operates IKEA stores across the MENA and Southeast Asia region. The role is frontline retail sales leadership — leading a team on the shop floor to deliver strong customer service and sales performance within an IKEA store.

Day to day, expect coaching and motivating a sales team, monitoring sales performance against targets, stepping in to support customer interactions when needed, and working closely with store management on floor layout, promotions and stock-related decisions that affect the shopping experience.
