# Sales Executive – Automotive – Al-Futtaim Group

The core of the job is straightforward but demanding: engaging walk-in and prospective customers, understanding their needs, guiding them through vehicle options and financing, and closing sales while maintaining the customer experience standards expected of a major dealership group. Automotive sales in the UAE market is genuinely competitive and relationship-driven — repeat business and referrals matter as much as any single transaction, so building trust with customers over the course of the sales process, not just closing the deal in front of you, is central to doing well here.
