# Receptionist – Honda Aftersales – Al-Futtaim Group

Al-Futtaim Automotive, part of the wider Al-Futtaim Group, is hiring a Receptionist for its Honda Aftersales operation in Dubai. This is the front-of-house role for the aftersales side of the business — the service centers and workshops where existing Honda owners bring their cars for maintenance, repairs, and warranty work — rather than the sales showroom itself.

The job centers on being the first point of contact for customers arriving at the aftersales facility: greeting them, managing check-in, coordinating with service advisors on appointment flow, handling phone enquiries, and generally keeping the front desk running smoothly during what can be a busy, time-pressured part of someone’s day — most people dropping a car off for service want it dealt with quickly and without friction.

It suits someone with genuine customer service experience who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and can stay pleasant and organized even when several customers need attention at once. Automotive aftersales experience is a bonus but not essential; what matters more is reliability, attention to detail on scheduling and paperwork, and a naturally service-minded manner.

## Requirements

- Prior experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role, ideally in a service or retail environment

- Strong communication skills in English, with Arabic a plus

- Comfortable managing phone and in-person enquiries simultaneously during busy periods

- Good organizational skills for coordinating appointment scheduling with service teams

- Professional, well-presented manner appropriate for a premium automotive brand

- Basic computer literacy for booking systems and customer records
