# Picker-Ecommerce – Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim is hiring for a Picker role within its e-commerce operation in Dubai, a hands-on fulfillment position responsible for accurately picking customer orders from the warehouse or store floor so they can be packed and delivered correctly and on time. It’s a physically active, detail-focused role that sits right at the center of whether an online order actually arrives as promised.

The daily work involves locating and selecting items according to order lists, checking product quality and accuracy before handing items off for packing, and keeping pace with order volumes that can vary significantly depending on demand and promotions. Because e-commerce customers expect speed and accuracy as standard, there’s real pressure to work both quickly and carefully, with no real tolerance for picking the wrong item or missing something on the list.

This suits someone who’s reliable, comfortable with physically active work, and genuinely conscientious about getting the details right even when working at pace. Prior retail, warehouse, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but what matters most is a consistent, careful approach to the task and a willingness to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

## Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce fulfillment environment is a plus

- Comfortable with physically active work, including walking, standing, and lifting throughout a shift

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting items against an order list

- Able to maintain pace and accuracy during busy or high-demand periods

- Basic literacy and numeracy for reading order lists and product codes

- Willingness to work shift patterns typical of an e-commerce fulfillment operation
