# Personal Trainer – Landmark Group

Landmark Group is hiring a Personal Trainer, based in the UAE. Landmark Group began as a single store in Bahrain in 1973 and has grown into a Dubai-headquartered retail and hospitality group with more than 25 brands across fashion, home and leisure. This role sits inside the group’s fitness and leisure operations, working directly with members to design and deliver personal training programmes that actually get results and keep members coming back.

Expect a mix of one-on-one and small-group training delivery, fitness assessments, programme design tailored to individual member goals, and a genuine sales element — personal training is typically sold as a paid add-on, so building a client base and retaining it matters as much as the training itself.

Landmark Group will want someone with a recognised personal training certification, hands-on coaching experience, and the interpersonal skills to build the kind of trust that keeps a client committed to a programme over months, not just a single session.

## Requirements

- Recognised personal training certification (e.g. REPs, ACE, NASM or equivalent)

- Demonstrated experience delivering one-on-one or small-group training

- Strong fitness assessment and programme design skills

- Comfortable with the sales and client-retention side of personal training

- Current first-aid/CPR certification

- Professional, motivating client manner across a range of fitness levels

## Suggested Resume Keywords

personal trainer, fitness coaching, programme design, client retention, fitness assessment, group training, health and fitness, sales, member engagement, UAE fitness
