# People Partner – JV – Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group has spent over seven decades as a partner and creator of luxury across fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre categories, and the People Partner – JV role in Dubai supports the human resources side of one of the group’s joint venture entities. ## Requirements

- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, ideally within retail, luxury, or a joint venture/complex organizational structure

- Strong advisory skills for supporting people managers on talent, performance, and employee relations matters

- Experience with workforce planning and organizational design

- Understanding of the specific talent and culture dynamics within luxury retail or brand environments

- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to navigate the governance dynamics of a joint venture entity

- Working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR compliance
