This role sits within people and culture operations for a school, supporting the employee lifecycle — from onboarding through day-to-day HR administration — for staff across the organisation. Expect responsibilities spanning onboarding and offboarding administration, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, supporting HR reporting and compliance checks, and acting as a first point of contact for staff with HR queries. Confidentiality and accuracy matter a great deal here, since this role routinely handles sensitive personal and employment information.
