# Operations Executive, (UAE National), Amazon Now, UFG – Amazon

Amazon Now is Amazon’s fast, local-commerce operation, and this Operations Executive role (open specifically to UAE Nationals as part of Amazon’s UAE Nationalisation / Emiratisation commitments) is a team-lead position inside Amazon Now’s fulfillment operations in Dubai. It sits within UFG – Amazon’s ultra-fast grocery/fulfillment group – managing the people and processes that get orders picked, packed, and out the door quickly.

As a team lead, the day-to-day mix is part people management and part operational execution: running a shift or team within the fulfillment process, hitting productivity and quality targets, solving problems as they come up on the floor, and reporting performance up to site leadership. Amazon’s operations roles are known for being metrics-heavy and fast-paced, with clear standard operating procedures that leads are expected to enforce and improve.

This is a strong entry point for a UAE National early in their operations or logistics career who wants exposure to how a world-class fulfillment operation actually runs on the ground, with a realistic path into broader operations management as they build track record. ## Requirements

- UAE National (this role is part of Amazon’s Emiratisation hiring track)

- Experience or strong interest in operations, logistics, or fulfillment team leadership

- Comfortable managing a team’s day-to-day performance against productivity and quality targets

- Able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, shift-based environment

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills on the operations floor

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, including non-standard hours as needed
