# Operations Executive, Amazon Now, UFG – Amazon

Amazon Now is Amazon’s quick-commerce service in the UAE, built to get orders to customers in minutes rather than days, and this Operations Executive role sits inside UFG — the part of that business responsible for running the fulfilment and delivery mechanics behind the promise. The role is about keeping a fast, high-volume operation running smoothly across 3P store operations and last-mile delivery service partners (DSPs).

Practically, that means overseeing how orders move from store shelf to customer door: monitoring delivery partner performance, making sure Amazon’s operating policies are actually followed on the ground, and stepping in when something in the chain — a store, a driver, a process — isn’t hitting the bar.
