# Operations Executive, Amazon Now, UFG – Amazon

Amazon Now is Amazon’s fast-delivery operation in the Middle East, and this Operations Executive role sits in the UFG (Ultra Fast Grocery/goods) side of that business, overseeing how 3P (third-party) store operations and last-mile delivery service partners (DSPs) perform on the ground. The job exists to keep a genuinely fast-moving, deadline-sensitive operation running to Amazon’s standards across MENA.

Day to day, that means working closely with delivery service partners to ensure routes, drivers, and vehicles are set up to hit tight delivery windows, auditing store-level fulfillment operations against Amazon’s policies, troubleshooting operational issues as they come up in real time, and reporting on performance so leadership can see where the network is strong and where it is strained. Because Amazon Now depends on speed, small operational gaps – a store picking slowly, a DSP short on drivers – show up immediately in customer experience, so this role requires someone comfortable making quick, sound calls under pressure.

It is a hands-on operations role rather than a strategic one: expect to be on calls with partners, reviewing performance dashboards, and occasionally on-site resolving issues directly rather than purely from behind a desk.

## Requirements
