# Nurse Supervisor – NMC Healthcare

NMC Healthcare is hiring a Nurse Supervisor to oversee adherence to the NMC Nurse Competency Matrix and Framework across a nursing unit, making sure staff are properly trained, skilled, and competent before they use any medical device or take on a new clinical responsibility. This is a role built around clinical governance as much as direct patient care, supervising, assessing, and developing the nursing team’s capability on an ongoing basis.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a valid DHA or relevant UAE nursing license

- Ability to identify training gaps and design practical, effective skill-building plans

- Clear, constructive communication style for both staff development and patient-involvement conversations
