# Membership Consultant – Landmark Group

Fitness First, one of the world’s leading health and fitness companies and owned and operated by Landmark Group, is hiring a Membership Consultant across the UAE – a sales-driven role focused on converting gym interest into signed memberships, central to how clubs grow and sustain their member base.

The day-to-day work involves engaging walk-in prospects and leads, running club tours, understanding what a prospective member is actually looking for, and matching them to the right membership option while hitting individual and club-level sales targets. It also typically involves some retention-focused work with existing members, since membership consultants are often the relationship point for upgrades, renewals, or addressing a member who’s considering cancelling.

It suits someone genuinely comfortable with a sales target, who enjoys building rapport quickly with new people, and who’s motivated by commission-linked performance rather than finding sales pressure uncomfortable. A real interest in fitness and wellness helps build credibility with prospects, even though it’s fundamentally a sales role.

## Requirements

- Previous sales experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business

- Strong consultative sales skills – understanding needs before pitching a solution

- Comfort working toward individual and team sales targets

- Genuine interest in fitness and wellness to build credibility with prospects

- Confident, friendly communication style for both cold walk-ins and warm leads
