# Marketing Manager – Majid Al Futtaim

This role develops and executes marketing strategy for MAF Entertainment, Majid Al Futtaim’s leisure and entertainment portfolio, with the mandate to enhance brand visibility, increase admissions, and support growth across its venues. Day to day, that means planning integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with creative and media agencies, managing campaign budgets, and tracking performance against admissions and engagement targets.

Because entertainment marketing is tied so directly to footfall and admissions, a lot of the role is about connecting marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes rather than brand metrics alone – working closely with operations teams on promotions timed to school holidays, new releases, or seasonal events. Agency management is a core part of the job, translating brand and commercial objectives into briefs that external partners can execute against.

This suits an experienced marketing manager from retail, leisure, or entertainment who’s comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution, not just one or the other.

It’s a strong fit for someone who wants to work on consumer-facing campaigns with a direct line to commercial results.

## Requirements

- Solid marketing management experience, ideally in entertainment, leisure, retail, or FMCG
