# Manager – Data Analytics | Emirati Talent – Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim is investing in its Data & AI capability as part of its broader growth and innovation agenda, and this Manager – Data Analytics role, positioned under the company’s Emirati Talent programme, sits inside that effort — responsible for analytics quality, adoption and value realisation across the business, alongside driving reproducibility and continuous improvement across the analytics lifecycle.

Day to day, the role involves overseeing how analytics outputs are built, validated and actually adopted by business stakeholders across MAF’s various operating units, establishing standards for analytics quality and reproducibility, and working to make sure analytics work translates into real business value rather than reports that sit unused. Expect a mix of hands-on analytics oversight, process and governance work, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

It suits someone with strong data analytics experience who also understands the organisational and governance side of making analytics actually stick within a large, multi-business organisation — not just building good models, but making sure they get used and trusted. As part of the Emirati Talent programme, the role also comes with structured development specifically aimed at building senior UAE national leadership within MAF’s growing Data & AI function.

## Requirements

- UAE national, as part of Majid Al Futtaim’s Emirati Talent programme

- Strong experience in data analytics, with exposure to analytics governance, quality, or adoption challenges

- Understanding of the analytics lifecycle, from data quality through to business adoption

- Experience driving continuous improvement and reproducibility in analytics processes

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to drive adoption of data-driven decision-making

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, analytics, or a related field

- Familiarity with data and AI tools and platforms relevant to enterprise analytics
